After a BEAUTIFUL show by Alison Krauss a couple of weeks ago, I spent the last week in New Orleans for Jazzfest.
4 days of Blues,Jazz,Gospel,Zydeco,Bluegrass and straight up Rock!
Heaven. All topped off Sunday by a SICK show by Foo Fighters!!!! 1st time seeing them and will now do everything I can to see them again! Great songs, tight band, cool covers(Petty's "Breakdown" and Pink Floyd's "In the Flesh") and Dave Grohl is one funny MFer!

Another highlight was Warren Haynes stepping in for Levon Helm (RIP) with Dr. John,Ivan Neville, and The Dirty Dozen Brass Band horns!!!

Coming up.... Joe Bonnamssa in a couple of weeks
Next month...Robert Randolph and the Family Band and Govt Mule!
All leading up to......WHEELIEFEST!!!!!!!
